About Edwin’s Carpet Cleaning

Edwin’s Carpet Cleaning is a family owned and operated business serving Central Florida. For 17 years we have cleaned carpet, upholstery and rugs in homes, rentals, offices and community buildings across Orange, Seminole and Lake County — and in that time the phone has been answered by the same family that does the work.

Why We Clean the Way We Do

Early on we made a decision that shaped the whole business: use as little water as possible. In Florida humidity, a saturated carpet stays damp for hours, the padding underneath holds moisture far longer, and soil left deep in the backing wicks back to the surface days later as a returning stain.

Our low-moisture process uses a cleaning solution and mechanical agitation to release soil and oils from the fiber, then removes them with minimal moisture. The result is carpet that is genuinely clean and dry in about one hour. No soaked padding and no lingering damp smell.

What We Clean

Carpet is the core of the business, but we also clean upholstery — sofas, sectionals, recliners, dining chairs, mattresses and office seating — as well as area rugs, and Persian, Oriental, wool and handmade rugs where our low-moisture approach is genuinely the safer option. On the commercial side we work with offices, retail, restaurants, churches, schools, medical practices, senior living communities and property management companies.

Honest Work, Honest Answers

Not every stain comes out. Not every rug should be cleaned in place. Some carpet is worn rather than dirty, and cleaning it will not change that. We would rather tell you before you spend money than after, and that habit is a big part of why our Google reviews look the way they do.
